Platform 8 Bar & Bistro

Our Platform 8 Bistro has recently undergone an overhaul - we've renovated it, built a large outdoor dining area and hired a new chef.  If you're after great food at affordable prices, head upstairs to Platform 8.

Platform 8 is the upstairs bar at the Townie,a more airy and relaxed area of our Hotel.
Our balcony area over king street is just the place to watch the busy Hub in action or you can watch your favourite sport on one of 4 large screen Plasma TVs

Our Platorm 8 Bistro offers great pub style meals at affordable prices.

The Townie has been recently renovated and now offers 3, partially covered, outdoor areas. There is plenty of sitting and standing room so you can enjoy the fresh breeze in the summertime with a cold beer or a glass of wine.
